Buy another multi family home and move to recreate what you have already been successful doing?

What are your thoughts on the additional benefit, or in-specie distribution, being exclusive recreational access?

I don't think just building wealth and doing nothing or recreational stuff all day long, is near as rewarding when you don't spend time in the grind sort to speak.

When trying to recreate some of my past lists from listsource on propstream they’re differing by a couple hundred leads (listsource 1400count propstream 1200 same criteria.)

Is it in a wetland and more or less useless unless used for recreation?

Also, even if you were able to fit in two ADU's (one as an ADU and the other as a recreational building aka "game room" / bar) you have to factor in allowed buildable square footage on the property.

Quite the mix of professional and recreational pilots here!

The area is expanding, new hospitals, new indoor water parks, reasonable good shoping (100 Outlet Stores); most developments have recreational facilities that families find attractive. 

Why try to recreate the wheel.  

If it doesn't you have to buy it really cheap cause your only buyer will be someone who wants to use it recreationally.
