Houston Mobile Home Rules

Hi folks, 

I have a lot I am selling in Sunnyside (south part of Houston). I have a buyer wanting to move a mobile home on the lot. I have heard that mobile homes are not allowed within the Houston city limits. Can someone please confirm or deny this and possibly direct me to where the official information can be found on these rules?
