The house has never been an official rental before: it was owned by a priest who sub-letted the other portion to a friend.

For a piddling sum, I know a Greek Orthodox priest will come to your house in a robe and bless it with holy water and prayers, get that on video.

All my agents are BANNED from doing ANY showing of any kind to ANYONE even a family member, their priest, their wife, I don't care who it is or why NOBODY get's a showing without signing SOMETHING. 

I've always felt there's not enough focus in most information about real estate investing that seriously looks at doing what you're doing, and far too much emphasis on putting more faith in your PM than a priest has in Christ.

However, I can’t condemn a method of financing that has proved successful in many of not most instances in allowing participants to accomplish their goals because it’s being misused by some disciples of irresponsible real estate “priests” 

Two are baptist priest, I donated items from the house to the churches.
