Jason, I doubt there is anything unique about Atlanta notes, I believe GA does have some restrictions as to installment transactions, L/Os, seems someone mentioned that about GA.Might get with J.

I would go with the OS that you are familiar with.

If you do decide to get a tablet in place of a computer, get one that runs a full OS.
