Your on a solid game-plan to heart-break and possible bankruptcy.

These types of situations happen all the time and it's heartbreaking.

Here is my thing folks... when I experience heart break I am my own worse enemy as my sister Kimber puts it.

My heart breaks for those that got duped by these guys and I know many of them.

It's heartbreaking.

Thank you for pointing out there are limitations-as you can imagine there are so many heartbreaking stories of people all over Florida being sold a property only to find out 1. they can't rent it for short-term and 2. getting slapped with a ridiculously (and IMO criminal) fine! 

I have used credit card services in my other business and have found it heart breaking when after we get the money through the credit card transactions we have to pay the fees, and each week is like a few hundred dollars (a few thousand dollars total all year) and you're thinking wtf this is not worth it!

At this point I'd had enough of the headaches & heartbreaks so I decided to take a reduced commission in order to seal the deal.
