I'm not experienced about cases when people get evicted so I don't know how servere this term is when an individual gets that in their record.

Since I will be getting her new address in Texas where she is moving to, I can have a process server deliver the notice to her if it goes that far.

My Process Server told me that they recommend taking a picture of the Notice on the door if you don't have a Witness.
