Continue your positive thinking and you will find the right deal, get it financed, and then suffer all the fear, anxiety, and sleepless nights we have all gone through LOL.  

Some dogs suffer from separation anxiety and do this. 

It would be very useful to have some type of step by step checklist to follow to relieve some of the anxiety that comes with negotiating deals as an inexperienced agent.

Personally, I would not create a conversation around this "risk" as that is a sure fire way to increase the sellers anxiety. 

I would first of all tell you to read Gordon Moss book Performance Anxiety which you can find on Amazon.

It was definitely a great feeling after every milestone throughout the journey and then some anxiety in between.
