Clearly some of these posts have not lived through the gravity of such a situation.Should she have been better prepared -ideally, but we are not always given this chance.Lets see how you perform when you have been bombarded with Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy especially with very little family support.Lets also take into account, she has rented here for 20 years and she is EIGHTY years of age - Is this how you think society should move forward.I understand business is business BUT lets put this into perspective here, we are talking 3 BOUNCED RENTAL CHEQUES!

Also keep in mind that falling depends on gravity, so any building in a low gravity environment would result in you floating away, not really falling.If a car hits you at 60 mph, it will not always hurt.

But most tenants will freak if you tell them you have this as no other landlord discloses because they don't test.If it had one of those really old gravity furnaces you should probably have it checked out as I know those had a lot of asbestos.

Take this thread alone; i read a person say another depression is soon to happen just because it's been a while from the last, inferring 08/09 as a depression.... never mind the obvious facts that there has been a grand total of 1 depression in the history of the us and 08/09 was not a depression but, fact's are apparently perceptual now, I am just curious if gravity is also just an opinion, lol.

To get rid of ground water, you can either provide a gravity drain to daylight, if it is possible and will drain, or you put in a sump pump.
