What do you do with a house that has tons of mice running around? Do you follow any specific "mediation" practices?

I understand the mice will leave after the home is gutted but I'm loo...

Eventually we will have a situation not only a drain issue but also mold remediation and termite infestation etc...May be they don't care but playing the game and in the end I am more concerned and wanted this done so it falls on me to make it happen.

They are horrible, crime infested areas.

Ants are part of life this time of year, and there isn't an infestation by any means (I worked in their house last week) and live next door.
