The "RIGHT INVESTORS" could be a home owner - a partnership - a group of folks who have pooled their money or an amateur or professional investor - who cares as long as you can get the job done -Years ago I gave up the conventional way of selling real estate - the private treaties  method was way too slow for me to be able to accelerate cash flow - I decided to sell my properties using the AUCTION METHOD OF MARKETING - let me say that was a good decision - because I know the day and the hour the property will be sold!
