What's also alarming is the select few people who hover on BP and selectively market TK to amateur investors like myself and others, and yet never disclose the fact that they are duly compensated if you end up purchasing a TK property though their services.  

Sorry you didn't get good results from the custom site, but it's my opinion that the reason you didn't get results was a reflection of amateur (at best) service providers. :/ And don't even get me started on the 'Internet Marketing Awards' given out all over the place where you pay for an award, which gives clients false expectations of an agencies aptitude.

Having a bubble and easy-going personality is nice but your target market perceives such behavior as frivolous and amateur-ish (again, this is not about you because I don't know you... just my thoughts having dealt with this level of client).

The days of wholesaling being a beginner's strategy or something for amateurs or dabblers are long gone.A starting point is to be a birddog for an experienced wholesaler.
