Glad to be part of a community with robust dialogue...it's how we all learn!

I do see some upside on the servicing company based on the dialogue here.

Between the basics, building a dialogue with my tenants & having the list of trusted contractors it's worked out fairly well for both myself and the tenants.

We've never met, we dialogued over phone/email for a while until he decided he wanted to get into buy/hold.I did something similar with a guy that emailed me off my Craigslist ad.

I also listened to a BP podcast the other day and one of the dialogues that stood out to me was to find all the reasons to NOT do a deal. 

I want to know what platforms you use to send out monthly emails and which ones are easier to create your own/dialogue.
