The East side is a bit rougher... but there are a few good patches mixed in, but its scattered into a few specific areas as @Kristofer Schroedermentioned with 10th and 20th markers and the Crime Map would suggest.  

We own a mobile home park in addition to several other properties scattered in the our local area.  

Leaving their remains scattered in our wake does nothing to help us.

Also, the 9 properties are within 2 miles of each other, her properties are all scattered around Broward County.

Maintaining 100 roofs isn't that efficient and 100 other things to consider especially when you are scattered across town and the US.One area you might not have considered is mobile home parks.

True,  numbers do not lie  but incompetent scatter brained appraisers or realtors for that matter, make mistakes all the time.
