There is simply just not enough housing to go around in the central core.And I haven't even mentioned the downtown/Kstreet Mall/Stadium yet.

Stadium will be new here.

We get most out folks in for events at the Cowboys Stadium and Rangers Ballpark, both 3 miles away.

I also want to say that Inglewood comes in at a close #3 simply because of all the buzz that has been generated in the media/ real estate community in regards to the new NFL stadium that is being built there which has now attracted some heavy investor/buyer interest in the area!

I've been checking online (trulia, realtor, google street, etc) to get a feel for the neighborhoods, but its always nice to get input from the community and those who have invested in the area.I'm interested in these neighborhoods (Stadium/East Park,  Hickman Mills,  Heart of the City) any input you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  

CBU, for instance, is building a stadium in the next few years.

I know there are areas that could use some building up, mainly areas south of the Mercedes Benz stadium: Oakland City and East Point or even west of West Midtown.

I selected that area because of a large commercial/retail development nearby and the prospects of a new stadium for the LA Rams coming.

Lots of new construction and money coming in since the announcement of the Turner field stadium.

I am familiar with investing in rough areas my first investment property was in the west bronx (yankee stadium) area in the mid 90s.
