While it is typical for non eXp agents to bash the company and eXp agents to praise it, no other company in the real estate sales world gets bashed more and harder than eXp.

Let them deal with the headaches and you can use that free time with family, earning more money, or finding new Investments.Despite all the PM bashing you hear on BP, there are professionals out there that will manage your rental better than you and possibly increase your ROI or cash flow AFTER you pay their fees!

Let me be one more investor to bash Zillow, lol.Zillow is like playing a game of horseshoes with a blindfold on. 

For example, one of my favorties is that Zillow will take a house on one side of a river and call a house on the other side of the river a comp - doesn't matter whether they are in different school districts, that the nearest bridge is over a mile away (so you have to drive 2 miles to visit the house on the other side of the river), doesn't matter that the neighborhoods differ, doesn't matter that the type of house is different.You have to understand more of the "why" when it comes to Zillow and the bashing that Zillow sometimes receives.

Back years ago it wasn't this bash everything and everybody.

I don't want to bash the program, as it seems to have worked well for others.

You seem to believe the mere fact someone holds some kind of license entitles them to certain latitude.There have been plenty of posts bashing Wholesalers and wholesaling.  

And because in general I don't want a bunch of sketch/crappy places taking money from people and providing nothing in exchange.Sorry that you would like to keep it to bashing people only but I think it is important for everyone who will read this to know that some people have had good experiences with them.

But on my order page my personal phone number has always been there along with my proper email.That's the beauty of the internet, some random dude with a chip on his shoulder can join a forum such as this, come in bash me, then go back to hiding.I don't mind someone bashing me... but I think it's pretty cowardly when someone bashes me, then won't even respond when I try to make it right.Reminds me of those squirmy punk's on the playground when we were kids... they run up, say their piece, then go hide behind the teacher.For the record my phone number is clearly posted on my order page if you need me.
