Everyone needs to stop bashing any other opinion as a reason to, or not to, invest in xyz company, property, etc.

Only a fool picks up a hammer and bashes his thumb in with it when he could instead be making million, MILLIONS per hour using his real estate skills.Come on in, the water's fine!

and for the record not here to bash, i know it has helped a lot of people and i know it will continue to improve. 

I know some people just like coming on to these post to bash on wholesalers, so just want to let you guys know that I am 20 and still learning.

This wholesale bashing is nothing new so rather than sit here and bash, I would recommend providing more education rather than the outright hate talk.

I don't want to bash any company publicly but based on my experience I will never buy a property from them.

.😥...I’m not here to bash on any wholesalers within Our Come-Unity, but I AM suggesting that maybe it’s possible to create a New Wholesaling Business Philosophy where Wholesalers can partner with what I call “Small Money Investors” who’s small funds are specifically tailored towards funding simple Due Diligence processes with the intent of earning a healthy annual return.

I'm tired of all the Illinois bashing too!!!  

This is for everyone, not trying to bash people, its your business, run it how you want, but personally I trust agents over appraisers, they have a better feel for the market.

Stop bashing those who live broke or whatever.
