She is calling my job, bashing me all over social media, etc.

According to both my Realtor and Zillow (please no Zillow bashing here) the properties have collectively appreciated about 40%.  

When reading my response its clear that I was not bashing WV.

As a small time landlord:If their car is trashed your property will also be.Never rent to someone who shows up in a moving truck and has to move in ASAPBe careful with prospects that bash their current landlordCheck with their last as well as current landlord.

Maybe the intention is to educate, but what actually happens is they come in bashing and not educating.

I think this should be a lesson learned the hard way, not a thread bashing contractors. 

Definitely not trying to bash anyone but everyone here is pointing out improvement areas.

But it is frustrating to see those on BP that bash Ohio and downgrade our awesome state and potential here.

I'm so proud of Redding and all of Shasta County. tired of hearing you bash CA and the politics.
