.😥...I’m not here to bash on any wholesalers within Our Come-Unity, but I AM suggesting that maybe it’s possible to create a New Wholesaling Business Philosophy where Wholesalers can partner with what I call “Small Money Investors” who’s small funds are specifically tailored towards funding simple Due Diligence processes with the intent of earning a healthy annual return.

I'm tired of all the Illinois bashing too!!!  

This is for everyone, not trying to bash people, its your business, run it how you want, but personally I trust agents over appraisers, they have a better feel for the market.

I've tried talking about Detroit before, but it gets continuously trolled and bashed by respected members on the forums.

Instead of bashing them...help them.

I know some guys in Fortune Builders, which gets bashed on here, but they are doing deals because they are around other people doing deals. 

Honestly, and not to bash, but with the experience I have from our local REIA....I don't believe in the National REIA model.

@Joe Kling May I ask why you would bash Detroit so quickly?  

Not really trying to just bash AIR here, VRBO does this too, but I went on today to increase my pricing for next year as reservations are starting to come in.
