We just want to have a different set of rules apply to terrorists as to soldiers employed by a foreign country.One problem we have is that most countries in the world do not face a major terrorist problem and the few that do are going to have a hard time convincing the rest to amend the convention.

Also has terrorist, but I’ve never seen anyone flagged there.

You may be too young to remember and I don't know if they teach this in school, but we got hit by terrorist attacks in Sept 2001.

We used to be a strong country that pulled together to solve problems, just look at WWII911 happened and now we cannot wait at the gates for our loved ones and have to strip practically naked to prove we aren’t terrorists.
