Employment will continue to rise.Inflation fueled by debt will be the greatest threat by end of the year, but I think we've seen this year that it's a delayed risk which the stock market/mortgage rates can overlook in the short run.In Atlanta, I think we'll see rents continue to rise sharply while new construction continues to spin up and non-investor buyers come back into the market.I think multi-national companies, domestic consumer goods/services, and foreign markets will outperform this year.Take this with a grain of salt.

With Federal Bank interest rates at 7%, mortgage rates at 12%, business loans at 20% and personal loans at 38-50% and inflation just below 3%, it presents an amazing potential for US funders.I know there is greater country-risk but the spread between US-Mexico interest rates is huge, that's why Mexican bank branches of multinational banks are within the most profitable in the world.
