We set the standard with the tenant, also the owners I work for/with communicate with me sometimes daily depending on the situation.

With the average home owner staying in their home 8 years, I do not see this changing unlike things that are more of daily use like online shopping.

However, after working the 8-5 daily grind I've realized that architecture isn't going to be the best retirement plan (unless I start my own firm).
