A big part of me is nervous as I also search daily putting my money and effort into the best deals I can find while we may be approaching the top of the market.

So much info it is a little overwhelming but I am listening to podcasts daily plus trying to read more blogs and forums.My short term goals are as follows for now until I exceed them.I will buy my first investment property before the end of 2018.In 3 years I will be making 5k in passive income.In 5 years I will be making 10k in passive income.Ideally I would like to find some local people I could help and learn from.

CPAs won't do your daily operations accounting.

It's been like pulling teeth with these clowns.

I'm brand new to REI, but have been listening to the BP Podcasts nonstop during my daily commutes and am extremely motivated to get going with this. 

We're planning on hiring a professional property management company to run the daily operations of the investment property as well as implement all capital improvement.The question is, can my self directed IRA invest in an LLC that I'm the managing partner?  

I didn't do much with it then, but I found my way back a couple months ago when I confirmed the 9-5 life wasn't for me.I've been listening to podcasts, reading forums and blog posts pretty much daily since.

I should probably have at least 1 more full time employee (receptionist/bookkeeper) but my management software makes it extremely efficient when it comes to daily activities.
