Off the top of my head, it "seems" like a perfect fit, close tot he beach, new outlet mall, restaurants, and it's in Orange County (Disneyland, sports teams, shopping, surfing and more) perfect weather, etc.

I found Bigger Pockets as I was surfing the web looking for a real estate group that I cold join.

It is a lot to ask of friends and family to couch surf for several months-a week or two, perhaps.

The beach just opened recently for walking/surfing (no settling at a location).

Long Beach has it’s own airport and will host the majority of the 2028 Olympics water sports at the newly rebuilt Long Beach Olympic Aquatic Center.Long Beach has some of the best kite-surfing on the west coast, good beginner traditional surfing waves, and stand-up paddle boarding and canoeing through the Naples canals.

The property, though is not beach front, nor does it has ocean view, is just a short drive from some of the best beaches in the west, which are great for surfing, snorkeling, SCUBA diving.In the 1.21 acres there is a main single family home (4 br) which was divided in two sections one of which is being rented.
