I used to live on Oahu and loved body surfing.

Surf City and the Town of Topsail Beach (south end) both have a better outlook for long-term continued beach renourishment.

I am looking at buying my first STR in Topsail/Surf City this year.

I read about 12 books before I even found this site from just randomly surfing.

I wish I had started surfing this site from the "start here", and "new members introduction" page.

Imagine living in the morning relaxing in a tidepool, surfing spot is next to the tidepool, moving to a different tidepool to relax with turtle, then after that kayaking to the sea to swim with the dolphin.

Fellow BP members,Doing some surfing and reading on BP and thought of a question: Is it better to invest in the place you know (for example, a place you spent the last 5 years living) or the place you live (for example, a new city in a new state that you just moved to but will be living for the next several years)?

Not a day goes by that I don't listen to at least 1 BP podcast (I have listened to about 1/3rd of them), read a REI book or surfed BP forums.
