Fellow BP members,Doing some surfing and reading on BP and thought of a question: Is it better to invest in the place you know (for example, a place you spent the last 5 years living) or the place you live (for example, a new city in a new state that you just moved to but will be living for the next several years)?

Not a day goes by that I don't listen to at least 1 BP podcast (I have listened to about 1/3rd of them), read a REI book or surfed BP forums.

Maybe its running, lifting weights, surfing, mountain biking, yoga....If you like it you are more likely to stick with it.

She was always very busy, but still found time to go surfing, hang out at the park with her dog and do other things that she enjoyed.

But if you are the active type that would rather spend your free time at the beach, working out, scuba diving, road biking, hiking, surfing etc then this is paradise.
