I used "really good" PMs and yet they could not fill vacancies, they over charged for stuff and used terrible subs that overcharged.

My issue is the local plumbers are significantly over charging.

They overcharge for everything, and seem to do very poor work.

In this case his profit is attached to the company's therefore he'll do everything in his power to make sure we're not being overcharged.

Remember the first paragraph, before you go into details should be what you want. like"i want the charges for this GURU company disputed and taken off my bill"   Write that Before you tell them anything and say the same thing in the last sentence of your letter. as"Please assist me by taking these disputed charges off my bill as I was not given what I was promised and I was over charged and taken advantage of and pushed into extending my credit card limits and I have no money to pay these bills, and have no way of getting this money.bg

I'm wondering if one or two programs are regarded as more popular here at BP, and if there are any bad deals (overcharging, weak software, bad capabilities) to look out for.

Most PM's get greedy here and over charge.

I am guessing your PM is overcharging you for stuff.

If you have a dispute over charges, withhold payment until you work through the issue.
