They will overcharge and buy crap. 

If you called the 3 companies that run radio and TV ads, chances are they are all going to be overcharging you.

Bad tenants will often have judgement against them, so when you run a credit report and see "XYZ Property Management", that is your best clue.The other side of the argument is that some tenants are falsely accused or over charged. 

If you are not local, they can over charge you quite a bit.You are probably better off hiring a kitchen contractor for demo and kitchen install.

They sold me a property from their list that was so bad that my home owner insurance company would not even cover it for "unusual hazardous conditions" They will over charge you for everything .

most won't appreciate it, and just be like.. yeah.. this a-hole is obviously overcharging me $25/mo if that's what he is giving me.    

I dont see a lot of damage and all the work is mostly paint and finishing you are being way overcharged at 6100.  

When I’m getting estimates from contractors, I wear old looking stained clothes and drive my beater so that I will not get over charged.
