We have hardwoods in our personal residence with a 60 pound German Shepherd and I would not want my rental floors to look like my personal house does.

When I was a child, we had a Lab and later a German Shepard (both over 80 pounds) and neither came inside for heat during the summer. 

A guy just called and asked about a german shepherd. 

In my own personal home, I do have a German Shepherd so I'm not a large dog hater.  

This can include but not limited to Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilersj, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, andWolf-hybrids 4.We would prefer no puppies or dogs less than 1 year of age due to “accidents” but do understand that at some point, this may be desired.

I would consider putting them in your name so you can protect your fridge (if it can be salvaged - German roaches can get in the back of appliances and destroy them).

I would not accept any aggressive dogs including pit bulls ,German Shepherd's, dobermans, Rottweilers, etc. it's just not worth the liability to me.

Therefore, dogs fully or partially of the following breeds will be rejected:Akita, American Bulldog, Bullmastiff, Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, German shepherd, Husky.
