I grew up in Encinitas and as an adult have rented Downtown (Embarcadero area), Pacific Beach (Crown Point), and Ocean Beach. 

I'm mainly interested in Highland, Valparaiso, Hobart, Crown Point, Whiting, and certain parts of Hammond.

It's near Bedford ave on Eastern Parkway, Crown heights.

Minnesota is often named the best state to raise a family, with Minneapolis taking the crown amongst US metropolitan cities numerous times in the past handful of years. 

@Tim Polk Alex Nickla is a mover and a shaker out of Crown Point.

However it needs a bit of work, but once renovated it's going to be the crown jewel in the neighborhood.

Crown Point and Mville also have good properties s well as the nicer towns west in lake county.

Minor diy work with little contracting like adding a wall to make a 4th room (old owners took the wall down a long time ago), restaining cabinets, backsplash, flooring, paint walls, tile, crown molding, add tub to half bath by knocking out closet, fixing up the master bedroom en suite, etc.

I am the one wearing the crown for "All  ROYAL  Properties" I have called Pine and Pine has good meetings, too.
