Yeah- there's nothing so irritating in the creative RE world as all the invented terms floating around. 

This irritates me too, but I had to let it go.You can put language in your rental agreements about guest frequency and behavior.  

I've always thought Facebook was oriented to "joining"  groups and people would get irritated if you randomly plopped real estate ads. 

Agree the time of year is challenging and not the fault of that crappy picture which would irritate me also if they have access to better shots like you added here.

If they are irritated by the questions, definitely move on.These are the KPI's that any quality turnkey company will measure and track and should be able to give you an accurate and correct answer at any given time.
