that's exactly why the city transferred them from downtown to Kensington of all sections, lol.the clinics that us taxpayers will be forced to pay for won't really cut back on the drug users. its basically giving them a clubhouse to get high at in various major cities. remember its not an orderly habit so even with the clinics(which will have rules) the users will still frequent the streets(panhandling etc) because they don't follow rules. that's the drug life and that's the reality of the situation.   

In my previous situation, we built bridges, small health clinics, and schools from ground up, currently we do tenant improvements, so still, even with my construction experience previously, there is still a transition/learning curve.

I can see 4 or 5 full time gigs and you're balancing them all  Children, Military, Clinical NP work, Land lording, property management - which of these really floats your boat? 

Does anyone have any connections in the Cleveland Ohio (specifically around the Cleveland Clinic) area with regards to realtors, contractors and management companies?  

For the Real Estate Professional the doctor usually works with their spouse and some doctors have flexible work arrangements with their office or clinic or own the office or clinics and have administrative staff.

Understanding landlord tenant rules helps, too, etc. etc.Maybe the odd gateway into real estate was the JD, and I used it some in a legal aid clinic working on the tenant end.

This should also require their license info and business/clinic location.

You could come at this kind of sideways.Find places that have the services and busineses that "income challenged" (RENTERS) like to use.Best would be if within walking distance, things like rent to own furniture, liquor stores, convenience stores, fast food - McD's Jack in the Box, 24 hour car parts, health clinics, (Bus Stops), buy here pay here car sales, a grocery store, Target, WalMart, auto repair shops, etc..Things they need and can afford.  

They also charged me much more money then they charged other people because they knew I could be manipulated because I am young and trusting,  You can also tell the attorney general about the duress and misrepresentation and credit card fraud plus what ever other kind of fraud they promoted.if you find a law school clinic ask them to write a letter to the GURU company asking for a refund for the above  reasonsbg
