This only shows up when it's actually in the property description, but saves a TON of time not having to sift through and read each and every property description when they pop up. 

I'm happy to share it if you message me.This was an experiment for me, and ultimately I stopped marketing to probates -  it's a time consuming, multi-step process to sift through them, and (at least in my experience), there is a very low (as in ZERO) response rate.

That makes sifting through the properties and running the numbers that much easier for me.  

I also suspect a more crowded market decreases booking because of the listings the traveler has to sift through if they want to do a booking request. 

However, think about AI for the potential to help you sift through deals.

So I've been using Propstream for about 2 months now - the software works well enough for what I need it for, here's my breakdown on the good and the bad:Good:1) Comps - it auto generates potential comps for you and then you can sift through them to find which ones you want to use and which ones you don't. 2) Analysis packets - I work with a lot of investors, and the analysis packets that you can put together in Propstream are thorough.

My cleaners take the trash that they collect at the property, but I would not ask them to sift around in gross garbage bins.
