The purchase price is fairly inexpensive, but I’m wondering how I would get financing for reconstruction of a home that is a total loss.

I currently have a plastic surgeon who originally rented for 3 months and has been with me for almost a year now, paying my high season STR monthly rate.

Due to growth in Columbus Ohio, I am looking to expand my team of trusted contractors.I have 4 Apartments that need Major reconstruction workI have ground works, where I want to build a Parking lot and fence in a propertyI have general repairs that need to be done in some ApartmentsI have 2 Apartments that need to be rehabbed ready for new tenantsAnd I am looking for Lawn care, ground maintenance in general etc.Does anyone have some trusted people that they could recommend and would be willing to share their contact details my way?

I've just begun to look into the process of getting them authorized... from what I've read so far it sounds like a complete "reconstruction" is needed.
