Here's some helpful perspective, gleaned from experiences in many areas of tax & financial, without addressing the specific company and trademark that are being discussed.Establishing a 401k/QRP for someone that doesn't qualify can entail tax risks that greatly outweigh any purported benefits of 401k/QRP. 

There are a plethora of investors with years of experiencing on this site and I was hoping to glean some knowledge.

I also gleaned from BP and created a long file of Preferred Lenders from others who had success, and additionally made notes about those that BP folks had difficulties with.

As suggested, I will be on the lookout for credible persons as I continue gleaning valid and good information while building a serviceable Meter. 

I've gleaned these lenders from the kind people on BP.

But that's just breaking even.From what I've gleaned, it seems that any other profit play is indeterminable, as all I'm buying are the possessory rights to the property and the process of extinguishment of the loan is uncertain.

So far I have gleaned a few tips, and the knowledge that there are different letters for different mailing lists…Can anybody more familiar with this website link me to an article that has specifics of what to write in these letters? 

It's clearly sarcastic and satire although based on facts gleaned from these forums every day.

Get out on the forums and meet people, there is wealth of knowledge to glean from.
