You have to educate yourself, read up on the topic and listen to podcast and network virtually (or in person) with other like-minded investors.

Return and risk are virtually always inversely proportionate, which is why no one pays you anything on an FDIC guaranteed checking account but junk bonds might give you some crazy rate of return.

Hi everyone, I am virtually wholesaling in the Columbus Ohio region.

Following is my perspective (and likely some of topics may need additional clarifications from them)Likes:1) Opening an account is a breeze, provided you have all docs needed2) You can create multiple virtual sub-accounts (think of boots on the ground - maintenance person using a virtual account via a digital wallet), you can set limits, rules etc.  3) Reporting on virtual account is very useful.

You have to remember these listing brokers most get a virtual assistant or grunt at the office to make the flyers and OM's so they typically are missing information or have errors on them. 

My wife who is selling our 90 home project in Canby Oregon we have over 30 on our waiting list and she gets calls virtually everyday.. and thats just off of one sign.
