Regarding HOAs yes, they are pretty pricey (ours is roughly 600 a month) but they tend to cover virtually everything (trash, snow removal, upkeeep, sometime cable/internet etc...)

Most are virtual still which is great because you can stay home and still get incredible information for free.

I have been hearing more about using a virtual assistant (I work FT so I will need support) and wanted to reach out in BP to other investors to see if any of you would want to share a VA?

When I used to build/remodel custom homes in a little SoCal beach town, I would occasionally come up against the most Dictatorial, Totalitarian, Marxist/Fascist organization known to mankind.......a small town Historical Review Board run by a bunch of blue-haired old ladies and given virtually unlimited powers by the City Council.

I live in Texas and invest in both Texas and Ohio, so I'll be using someone that's virtual.
