You rent the trailer for $??? 

I'm working off of anecdotal experience with this market here, so there's that. . . .If the MF property is targeting vacation travelers to Myrtle Beach then you'll want it to have very strong appeal to that pursuit, along with a proven history of being a viable vacation rental.If NOT a vacation rental . . . who is the likely tenant? 

The second risk is, hello 2020... all vacation travel stops for an extended amount of time.

I have about 300k in equity and my plan was originally to sell my home and go live in a trailer on my parents property while I worked on a deal for a multi family property.

Travel into NYC from those towns in under the hour range (I've lived in West Orange for the last 7 years, and while there is no direct station into the city, you are within 10 minutes or less of at least 6 stops).

I tried getting them to mail in payments but it takes over a week to travel the two miles from the apartments to my PO Box.

I had good luck with Bank of Travelers Rest in early 2020 for a cash out refi, but I’m not sure what the current situation will be.
