I'm working off of anecdotal experience with this market here, so there's that. . . .If the MF property is targeting vacation travelers to Myrtle Beach then you'll want it to have very strong appeal to that pursuit, along with a proven history of being a viable vacation rental.If NOT a vacation rental . . . who is the likely tenant?
