Instead we are emphasizing our 360 degree virtual tours and ensuring ALL questions about the neighborhood, unit and building are answered so any prospective renter will have a high level of confidence of applying and wanting to lease before seeing it in person.On a separate, but related note, we have already seen inquiries across our portfolio from renters that are asking for concessions, issuing notices to vacate or sharing stories of job loss and anticipated difficulty for paying rent.

In NY you have to give 30-90 days notice (depending on how long the tenant has resided there) for rent increases or if you do not intend to renew the tenancy.

Like Evan said, they work best when you include specific offers for each property within the letters themselves and when the letters are personalized with property owner information.Just like getting a job, persistence with these things is always the key.

I did not notice many tips on the original question, so I will answer here.The answer to my original question is (was): yes, but probably only if you created an LLC to receive your income, and had a bank account that showed the monthly income as of Feb 2020, and your bank was willing and able to take your app.
