If you are patient, the answers will come sooner than you think as will clarity from all the podcasts and books. 

Just want to get some clarity on somethings throughout this strategy. 

Mentally, I wouldn't feel good about working in the house, selling it, etc.

Remember, in seller financing, your acumen in aligning the terms with market dynamics and your investment strategy, while maintaining clarity on risk exposure, is key to sculpting a deal that benefits both you and the seller.

And we do need police reform, Eugene has a great option where they have CAHOOTS which responds to mental health/addiction crises so police dont have to .. 

As someone who also lists properties, I have come to understand the mentality a lot better though.

I could really use some clarity here.

This includes books that talk about specific strategies of investing, broad categories, investing mentality books (like Rich Dad Poor Dad), business books, marketing books, sales books, mindset books, etc...

There are a lot of options when it comes to RE investing and I'm finding a few different strategies that peak my interest, but I want to make sure I start with a crawl, walk, run mentality. 

I'm just looking for Clarity on the situation.
