So, if it doesn't cost you any more for representation, why would you not do so and accept more liability when you can transfer such liabillities.Besides, the agent is going to take you in their car, buy you lunch, lets you stop at the store for a minute, maybe even walk your dog, so why not use them?

Eileen,The manager is personally responsible for their own actions (or lack of action)For example; if the manager were driving to the store to pick up supplies for the landlord and ran over a child, the manager would be responsible for his or her own driving.
