Generally I've seen rates for the online DSCR lenders be higher than what a broker would offer.

My business partner and I have been in sales for 15+ years so we scoured social (online) and real businesses and pitched them for 1-2 years (2017-2018)Once we got 1-2 major contracts (minor league hockey team & health care company), word of mouth and reputation did most of the work. 

Doesn't seem to suit your reputation to be known as the 'spamming agent' to me.

Celebrate big this weekend.Three things I suggest.Every broker says they have training, and ask to see their training room to verify there is one....no training room/no training.  100% online is not always the best way to learn.Ask to see their training calendar.
