Would like to find a 4plex to live rent free while I transition from Air Force to civilian life.

We are both Air Force veterans and we are both passionate about Real Estate.

I still don't know where I will be stationed next and, since I have some level of choice for where I go next, was wondering if I anybody knew of any good markets for a total beginner near an Air Force base.

@Tangala Williams I would think that the news report on the bandit signs was not one with a positive spin, therefore who would want to be on-air in a negative light?

This would be a buy and hold for us as a place to raise a family, close to shops, A+ schools, its 2000sq ft under air, and only really needs a roof within the next 5 years.

Hi @Jordan Gilberti just wanted to followup and see how did you make out with finding a broker of record for your situation.I am thinking exploring getting an NJ realtor license but more so for access to the MLS and look at properties at the speed that I like vs. having to wait for a realtor to get back to me.

You would need a license to operate Air BnB type rentals from December 2016 onwards.
