What will really propel economic growth or a desire to live in these areas is walkability - being able to walk 10 mins to the metro and take it to work makes jobs and living much more accessible for renters/buyers than having to drive or navigate the bus system, which may be more sporadic in timing.

The psychology of fear is big though and any kinds of large market corrections could propel a small scale correction.Question is, what is your exposure?
