A day in the life of a Real Estate Investor, Vol. 4

Good Money Monday

Now is the BEST time to be in real estate because people sell houses cheaper over the next month because they want fast cash for the holidays. In this video, I'm showing you another DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR. I do these videos because I want you to know that real estate doesn't happen inside an office. It's a contact sport and you have to be ready to move quickly. You must be in the streets in order to make deals happen.

We'll visit 3 locations      1. Signing a contract with a seller inside Chic Fil A

                                        2. Inside a reno going over failed items from a City Inspection                                         3. Update and progress on my new construction house

I hope you learn tons from my daily personal activities and interactions because it's not easy being in charge of your life and your business. Most people have a guaranteed pay check every week, but the entrepreneur has no steady pay check so we must stay on top of every worker and every job site. ARE YOU READY for that type of commitment?? God bless and let's talk soon!!

ps- If you're tired of only getting bills in the mail, claim your 2 month free subscription to our roundup newsletter by emailing your name and mailing address to [email protected] ppss- I'm available to assist you with your deals or deal structuring!
