In my quest to uplift the financial literacy of my community through real estate investing, I thought it would be a good training for you to hear exactly what it's like to talk prospective tenant buyers for my lease option/owner, finance deals. Why? Because some people think it's easy having rental property where all we do is collect checks every month without putting in any work.

In this video training, you'll see how people try to waste my time with senseless questions and idle conversation. I honestly think some of these people are simply looking for somebody to talk to. Dan Kennedy calls them "time vampires", and if you're not careful, you can waste a bunch of time listening to sob stories, as you'll hear on this video. Remember, we're looking for motivated buyers that have a level of 7-10 motivation. The 1-6's, we need to quickly get off the phone, as you'll see me do here.. I hope you learn a lot, and get out there and make a bunch of money.
