11 Habits of Wannabe Real Estate Investors!

Since I get a chance to coach people all over the United States, I've noticed people have the same problems and issues no matter their location..

Happy Labor Day BP and this is your money Monday video because I want to be of massive value to your life, even on days off. I made this video so you could sit back and listen to the Habits of Wannabe investors to make sure you don't turn into one... There seem to be the same:

fears, social-family & personal, demographic & income,

issues everywhere and I want to share the problems I hear from people not getting into the business so you don't take on these habits...

I'm not saying these habits are good or bad because even me, and some of the best investors I know deal with these same issues too. The key is to recognize and be able to over come them no matter what. All I want to do is make you aware of there existence so when you feel yourself actually doing some of these things, you can change it. So enjoy your Holiday and try to get involved with a Texas relief fund if you can because that could have easily been the Hampton Roads area!
