How to become the boss-fix expensive mistakes-and make tough decisions

Great Money Day,

Have you ever asked yourself "Am I ready to be the be boss?" Or even if you wanted to be the boss? Well, that's what this training is about today. In real estate, you 100% work for yourself and must treat your days as business days, just like you do IF you work for somebody else.

I recently started a new construction flip and I've had a huge mistake just pop up that's halted all work on site. The workers completely screwed up the beginning of the foundation and I didn't catch it until 2 days later because I neglected being THE BOSS. They over built the foundation and now, I'm going to have to spend more money tearing it down to make it right. Talk about a waste, you can see the mess up on the video below..

But anyway, this construction mistake got me thinking about all the people that have asked me to help them in business, then sit back and watch me run the show. Most people want somebody else to do ALL the work, then sit back and get a check... Well, Earl Nightingale always said "there simply is no something for nothing". This video is going to ask some tough questions that you must answer if you're ready to truly "be your own boss". So, learn from my mistakes and get out there and do some deals, or better yet, let's do some deals together....

ps- If you need assistance with any real estate transactions or deal structuring, please don't hesitate to contact me.

ppss- If you're sick and tired of only getting bills in the mail, claim your 2 free months of the Roundup Newsletter delivered directly to your home.... I firmly believe you get your best ideas from reading hard copies of information and not from the computer screen.

Have a great week...

Hasko
