Inspection? Always Yes!

At Strategic Realty, LLC we work with many investors every year...a common question we get is, "Do I really need an inspection?" Our answer is always YES! For many reasons, one, it's a negotiation tool if repairs that are not readily apparent at your showing are needed, it prepares you for what you may or may not need to update after the sale closes AND worst case scenario it tells you that the home is beyond what you are willing or able to handle and get your money back when you flip it.

Our advise is to always hire a professional inspector, that couple hundred dollars may save you thousands later and offers a huge piece of mind that is more valuable than we can express!
