Insurance Recommendations Greenwood, IN

Hello folks!

I’m looking for a recommendation on insurance for 3 duplexes I’m under contract with in the Greenwood, IN area. I’m a very new an out-of-state buy-n-hold investor.  I have received a couple quotes now and they are vastly different in premiums (comparing apples to apples).  

Any help would be greatly appreciate!
