Im looking for a good property insurance contact in Central PA

My company is closing on a few houses in harrisburg that we will be fixing up as rentals. Im looking for a good contact for property insurance. Need a company that will insure homes in rough shape. Any advice is appreciated

Steve Swineford from Dietz-Bluett Insurance in York, PA.  Tell him I sent you to him.  Message me if you need his contact information.  He will insure anything and tends to have the cheapest rates around with good service.
