Landlord Insurance policy for foreign investors needed please

hello friends , 

we have several properties in Rochester (NY) that needs Insurance as of today.

all Single family Houses, and Double units.

property owners are all foreign investors, all having insurance policy in their name for the first time in the USA (properties were covered by the management company's insurance policy till October 1'st

I would like to get Insurance policies for my clients ASAP-  thank you so much for the help
