Best homeowners warranty companies for rentals

Good morning BP. My wife and I currently own rental property and have HOW coverage from American Home Shield for some time. We are looking to continue acquiring additional properties, and was wondering if anyone has suggestions on the best HOW providers. I feel AHS costs continuing to increase, while service is less than optimal. Any suggestions?
