Wholesale Commission On Contract

I do hope all is well. I normally don't wholesale, but I have three properties I wont pass up because of the price, stituation, and type of real estate. I'm trying to wholesale the properties and was wondering if I include my commission on the contract or does my commission come from property owner after it is sold?
