Need an inbound wholesaling script

Hello!! We sent out direct letters to buy property in our market (to wholesale). We just got a call from one of our mailers that would like to speak about us putting their property under contract. We don’t have our scripts ready yet. Is there a script out there for when we receive a call from a motivated seller? Thanks in advance! Would help greatly
