Anyone know the Michigan Text SMS rules?

Hello all,

I recently have heard about restrictions against doing marketing for real estate via SMS or Text in certain states and was curious if Michigan had any of these restrictions? I would like to start marketing but want to make sure I dont get hit with any fines or it causes any issues?

I was also curious if anyone knew anything about Ringless voicemail and the possible restrictions that may come with that as well?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
