Learning to wholesale in Portland Oregon
I’m looking to get into wholesaling in the Portland/ surrounding areas, I’m very passionate about real estate an I’m currently just saving to get into a deal. I’ve been seeing a lot about wholesaling the last couple months an trying to learn as much as I can, I know there’s a lot of legal stuff involved so I’ve been trying to get an understanding for it all, I’m looking for a mentor or local wholesaler who’s willing to help or let me shadow them through a deal. I’d love to just chat with a local or wholesaler or help in any way shape or form I can, I really just want to learn. I currently do residential drywall work an one or our clients is a flipper in the Portland area an he was telling me he gets most of his deals through wholesalers so I know it can be done, I just want to learn the ins an outs. The correct way, I’ve noticed a lot of people aren’t fond of wholesaling but I think it can be a good start for me to get my foot in the door of real estate.
