Disposing of Contents

Ok, I am a newbie, but I am learning. I have chosen probate investing as one of the niches that I am pursuing. Currently, I am sending out 25 to 35 letters weekly for two counties. My letter states that I will purchase the property "as is". I am often asked, if I will dispose of the home's contents. Of course, I say yes. My question is, since I want to wholesale the property and flip it, who disposes of the contents?
