Just Starting Out In Real Estate

Tyler Helget
Posted

Hi everyone!

I am very eager to get into to real estate! My long term goal is to have enough properties to have enough passive income to quit my job and continue to grow my real estate portfolio. I've joined a few local real estate groups and was told that I need to start an LLC to get started as well as complete a few wholesale deals to get some capital for my first rental property. I would ideally like to focus on multifamily properties but want to snag a single family for practice. C

Can anyone share some advise on what's the best step to take first? I've studied and studied and want to get my first wholesale completed by the end of the month. Any advise would be helpful!

Thank you!

Tyler
