Good point from @Rene Owczarski here, Chuck.

Further, let me clarify:  it's always easy to find buyers for DEALS.  It's usually challenging to find suckers for non-deals though.  I'd get really ridiculously good at finding and knowing deals and the buyers will flow.

Or better yet, you keep them and ride this beast!
